Not My Dog 2 - A Christmas Tail

Two years after adopting Nudge, the stray German Shepherd who changed her life, Bridget is now a sharp-witted high school freshman known throughout Rockville as "the girl with the dog." When her new friend Becks, a kind classmate from a struggling family, inspires her to help others, Bridget organizes The Great Christmas Give, a charity event to bring holiday joy to families who cannot afford their own celebration. With help from her friend Kal, street musician Jessie, and even the town's reluctant animal control officer Phil, Bridget rallies the community. But Mrs. Athelia, Rockville's self-appointed queen of high society, is furious when she discovers the event falls on the same night as her prestigious annual gala. Determined not to be outshined by "a kid and her mutt," she uses her influence to pressure Phil into enforcing regulations that could shut down Bridget's event.

On the night of The Great Christmas Give, the town square comes alive with music, laughter, and gathering families. Mrs. Athelia watches from across the street, her curiosity battling her pride, until Bridget invites her inside. Distracted while complaining about permits, Mrs. Athelia steps into the path of an oncoming car, and Nudge races from the crowd to knock her out of danger. Shaken and humbled, she finally sees the good Bridget has created. Her walls crumble as she sends her gala staff home, then returns with trays of food to extend the celebration at her own mansion. The event becomes Rockville's biggest holiday gathering ever, uniting the entire town. As snow falls and Bridget walks home with Nudge and her mom, she reflects on her Christmas gift: proof that kindness can change even the unchangeable.
